Breast enhancement or augmentation surgery is one of the most frequently performed cosmetic procedures worldwide. The surgery is extremely safe, predictable in the right-hands, and will create visibly significant changes in a woman’s appearance virtually instantaneously. A breast lift “Mastopexy” procedure could be added in cases where volume loss and ptosis occur. (following pregnancy and delivery). Most women who opt for breast enlargement have A or B cup breasts. At your consultation, Dr. Soliman will encourage you to try different implants in order to decide the size you need/want and fits your figure at the same time. Implant sizes, like cup sizes of bra manufacturers, vary and according to your request, together with Dr Soliman you will decide on the right and suitable size. Do not forget to ask Dr.Soliman about the Endoscopic Transaxillary breast augmentation.

Incisions can be made below the curve of the breast (inframammary), around the lower half of the areola (periareolar), or near the underarm (transaxillary). While this range of choices may seem very technical and highly daunting, Dr. Soliman will review all options to help you understand how each choice will affect the outcome, assist you in making selections that will fulfill your unique goals, and address all your questions and concerns to ensure that you are 100% comfortable with the surgical plan and totally satisfied with the final results. Placement of the implants could be either above the chest muscle (pectoralis major), below the muscle or below the fascia. The decision of the placement and size of the implant will be discussed during the encounter too and Dr. Soliman will tell you more details about the differences and help you to take the right decision.
the right decision Endoscopic Transaxillary breast augmentation
This unique technique is done by transaxillary incision, which leaves minimal – if any- marks, eventually blend in the natural armpits creases and will be hidden in between. Endoscopic Transaxillary breast augmentation allows the surgeon to work with minimal bleeding and clear clean surgical field giving the ability for more precise placement of the implants and less down time in the recovery phase. The outcome is a very satisfactory size and shape with no visible scars. No one will recognize that you had any work done, if you do not tell.
Dr. Soliman is one of the pioneers in the Middle East in this revolutionary technique. Transaxillary approach per-say is a known approach for breast augmentation which was associated with some drawbacks. Yet, with recent technological advances in endoscopy, these drawbacks were all addressed. Thanks to the high magnification and resolution provided by endoscopy in breast augmentation surgeries, better and more precise placement of the implants with more control to the surgical field is now feasible. This enables the surgeon to use the most advanced methods in placement of the implants with minimal down time. “New, clean, scar free and very short recovery time.”
After the desired reshaping, the nose is stitched and a splint applied. Temporary packing may be placed inside the nose to support healing. When the splint is removed at one week, much of the nose reshaping is visible. Swelling gradually settles over the following weeks. The final result from rhinoplasty takes approximately one year to be seen, although a very good idea of it is visible at 2-3 weeks. You will need to keep your head elevated and apply cold compresses to your eyes to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. Avoid hitting or rubbing your nose, or getting it sunburned for six months.
