Surgical Technique and scars

 

Incisions can be made below the curve of the breast (inframammary), around the lower half of the areola (periareolar), or near the underarm (transaxillary). Dr. Soliman will review all options to help you understand how each choice will affect the outcome, assist you in making selections that will fulfill your unique goals, and address all your questions and concerns to ensure that you are 100% comfortable with the surgical plan and totally satisfied with the final results. Placement of the implants could be either above the chest muscle (pectoralis major), below the muscle or below the fascia.
